DIVORCE COACHING FOR MEN
Support for men navigating separation, divorce, fatherhood, identity and what comes next.
In a nutshell…
Divorce has a way of affecting far more than the relationship itself.
Your home life changes. Your routine changes. Your finances may change. Your relationship with your children can suddenly feel uncertain. Your confidence can take a hit. Even your sense of who you are can feel harder to pin down.
And while everyone around you may have advice, opinions or questions, what you often need most is somewhere to think.
That’s where divorce coaching comes in.
We provide divorce coaching for men who are facing separation, going through divorce, or trying to rebuild their lives afterwards.
The aim isn’t to tell you what to do.
It’s to help you slow things down, get your head clear, understand what matters most, and make decisions you can stand by.
You might be here because…
Your partner has ended the relationship and you feel completely blindsided.
You know the marriage is over, but you’re struggling to accept what that means for the rest of your life.
You’re worried about your children and how separation could change your relationship with them.
You’re caught in arguments, messages, negotiations or legal conversations that are draining you.
You’re trying to keep functioning at work while everything at home feels unstable.
You’re angry.
You’re numb.
You’re relieved — and then feel guilty for feeling relieved.
Or maybe the divorce is technically over, but you still feel stuck in it.
There is no single way men experience divorce.
But having the right support can make a significant difference to how you move through it.
OUR APPROACH
Divorce can create a lot of noise. Advice from friends. Messages from your ex. Conversations with solicitors. Worries about your children, money, home and future.
Coaching gives you somewhere to step away from all of that and work out what you actually think.
Through questioning, reflection and practical strategy, we help you understand what is driving your reactions, identify what you can control and approach the decisions ahead with greater clarity.
We listen. We challenge. We help you move forward.
WHAT IS A DIVORCE COACH?
A divorce coach isn’t a solicitor and isn’t a therapist.
We don’t provide legal advice or tell you what decision to make.
Instead, divorce coaching gives you practical, structured support to help you navigate the personal side of separation.
That might mean preparing for an important conversation, improving communication with your ex-partner, thinking through co-parenting, managing conflict, or simply getting your head clear before making a decision.
For dads in particular, divorce coaching can also provide space to think about the relationship you want to maintain with your children and how you want to show up as a father throughout the process.
How It Works
Step 1 – Let's have a conversation
The first step is a free introductory call.
No commitment, no pressure. It’s a chance for us to understand what’s happening, where you are in the process and what you’re finding most difficult.
If you’re not sure whether divorce coaching is what you need, we can talk through that too.
By the end of the call, you’ll know whether you want to take things further. That decision is always yours.
Step 2 – We figure out what works for you
If you’d like to move forward, we’ll work out what makes sense for your situation.
That might be a single focused session to work through something specific. It could be a block of sessions to support you through a particularly difficult stage of the divorce. Or it may be ongoing coaching as things unfold.
There’s no rigid menu here.
We start with where you are and build from there.
