We'll work with you to figure out what's going on, zoom in on where you want to be, and give you the tools, perspective and momentum to make the changes you want and need to make.
We act within the ICF Code of Ethics, where confidentiality is crucial to our success. What you bring to sessions will remain contained, anonymous and without judgement.

One focused session
A single 90-minute session to work through a specific issue, decision or goal. Good if you need clarity on something particular and want to move quickly.
coaching block
A series of sessions — typically fortnightly — to get you properly from A to B. We decide together whether you need 3, 6 or more sessions depending on where you are and what you're working on. This is the core of what we do.
The SHIFT Programme
Our 12-week group coaching experience for men who want structured progress alongside others going through similar transitions. A small group of men, working through where they're stuck, together.

How It Works
Step 1 – Let's have a conversation
This is just an introductory call. No commitment, no pressure. It's a chance for us to get a sense of each other — what's going on for you, what you think might need to shift, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
If you're not sure what coaching even involves, we can talk through that too. By the end of the call, you'll know whether you want to take it further. That decision is always yours.
Step 2 – We figure out what works for you
If you'd like to move forward, we'll work out together what makes sense. That might be a single focused session to work through something specific. It might be a block of sessions over a few weeks to get you properly from A to B. Or it might be that the SHIFT Programme — our 12-week group coaching experience — is the right fit.
There's no rigid menu here. We start with where you are and build from there.
