We define your individual goal, your current reality and what meaningful progress looks like, so you begin with clarity and direction.
8 hours of structured group coaching
Grounded in our proprietary SHIFT framework, providing perspective, challenge and practical tools to move your goal forward.
Real-world insight and lived experience to broaden thinking and inspire action. Previous speakers include Rugby legend Scott Hastings, Record breaking endurance cyclist Mark Beaumont and TV broadcaster Gordon Smart.
Midpoint feature conversation with a guest speaker
90-minute 1:1 integration session at completion
Consolidating learning and translating it into clear next steps and sustained momentum.
A carefully curated cohort of men navigating similar levels of responsibility. Creating trusted peer relationships that often extend well beyond the programme.

Midlife is a uniquely demanding chapter, both professionally and personally.
For many men in their 40s, 50s and 60s, responsibility has increased, complexity has grown, and space to think has reduced. Yet meaningful support at this level is often limited.
The Shift is designed to change that.

Through a blend of group and private coaching, we strengthen self-awareness, challenge reactive patterns and build practical strategies aligned to your values and future direction.
The SHIFT framework provides structure to the thinking, five interconnected pillars that support clarity, identity, focus and traction, while ensuring your goal remains central throughout.
