ENTREPRENEUR COACHING FOR MEN
For founders and business owners who want to grow personally, think more clearly, and lead without losing themselves in the process.
In a nutshell…
Running a business asks a lot of you.
You’re making decisions constantly. Carrying responsibility. Managing people. Thinking about growth. Solving problems. And often, there isn’t much space left to think about how you are doing underneath all of that.
That’s where entrepreneur coaching can help.
We work with founders, business owners and entrepreneurs who want to develop themselves alongside the business they’re building. This isn’t business consultancy.
We’re not here to tell you which market to enter, what your pricing should be, or how to increase revenue.
The focus is you: how you think, lead, communicate, make decisions, manage pressure and create a version of success that still feels like your own.
Maybe the business is growing, but you feel like you’re constantly playing catch-up.
Maybe you’ve built something successful and still find yourself wondering why it doesn’t feel quite as satisfying as you expected.
Maybe you struggle to step away because too much still depends on you.
Maybe you’re becoming a leader but still operating like the person who started the business.
Or perhaps you’re simply questioning what you want the next stage of your life and business to look like.
Entrepreneur coaching gives you somewhere to step out of the day-to-day and focus on the person behind the business.
WHEN THE BUSINESS GROWS, YOU HAVE TO GROW TOO
What gets a business started isn’t always what helps you lead it well five or ten years later.
As the business changes, your role changes.
You may need to delegate rather than do.
Lead rather than control.
Communicate rather than assume.
Make decisions with less certainty.
Let other people take ownership.
And become more comfortable with the fact that you can’t personally solve everything.
That kind of growth is as much personal as it is professional.
A personal development coach can help you understand the habits, beliefs and behaviours that may have helped you get this far — but could now be getting in your way.
OUR APPROACH
Entrepreneurship can make it difficult to separate who you are from what you do.
Through questioning, reflection and practical coaching, we help you create enough distance from the day-to-day to understand what is really driving your decisions, habits and behaviour.
That could mean becoming a more confident leader, letting go of control, setting stronger boundaries, managing uncertainty, improving communication or getting clearer about what success actually means to you now.
WE LISTEN. WE CHALLENGE. WE HELP YOU GROW BEYOND THE BUSINESS.
WHAT CAN ENTREPRENEUR COACHING HELP WITH?
Entrepreneur coaching can support you with areas such as:
Leadership and decision-making
Confidence as a founder
Delegation and letting go of control
Managing competing demands
Difficult conversations
Building stronger boundaries
Imposter syndrome
Work-life balance
Developing self-awareness
Navigating periods of rapid growth
Stepping into a different role within your business
Finding purpose beyond achievement
Working out what you actually want next
The aim isn’t simply to help you become a better entrepreneur.
It’s to help you become more intentional about the person you are while building the business.
How It Works
Step 1 – Let's have a conversation
The first step is a free introductory call.
No commitment, no pressure.
It’s a chance to talk about where you are, what’s happening in the business, how it’s affecting you personally and what you feel needs to change.
If you’re not sure exactly what you want from coaching yet, that’s completely fine.
By the end of the call, you’ll know whether you want to take things further. That decision is always yours.
Step 2 – We figure out what works for you
If you’d like to move forward, we’ll build the coaching around what you actually need.
That might be a focused session around a particular challenge or decision.
It could be a block of sessions to work on leadership, confidence, boundaries or how you operate within the business.
Or it might be ongoing coaching as your role and responsibilities continue to evolve.
There’s no rigid menu here.
We start with where you are and build from there.
