In a nutshell…
We provide life coaching for men who are ready to look honestly at where they are, what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change.
This is for men who may be successful on the outside, but internally are questioning direction, purpose, confidence, identity or what comes next.
As a men’s life coach based in Scotland, we work with men across Edinburgh, Glasgow and the wider UK who want structured support to think clearly, make better decisions and move forward with intention.
This is not about vague motivation or surface-level advice.
It is about creating space to understand yourself properly, challenge old patterns, and build a more aligned way of living and working.

Our approach to men’s life coaching is structured, reflective and practical. We don’t hand you a ready-made formula or tell you what your life should look like. Instead, we create the space for you to step back, understand what is really going on, and make clearer decisions from there.
Through focused conversation, questioning and practical strategy, we help you identify the patterns, pressures and assumptions that may be shaping how you think and behave.
Together, we look at what matters now, what’s getting in the way, and what a more intentional way forward could look like. The work is grounded, honest and action-focused.
We listen. We challenge. We hold you to account.
How It Works
Step 1 – Let's have a conversation
An introductory call with no commitment, no pressure. It's a chance for us to get a sense of each other. What's going on for you, what you think might need to shift, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
If you're not sure what coaching even involves, we can talk through that too. By the end of the call, you'll know whether you want to take it further. That decision is always yours.
Step 2 – We figure out what works for you
If you'd like to move forward, we'll work out together what makes sense. That might be a single focused session to work through something specific. It might be a block of sessions over a few weeks to get you properly from A to B. Or it might be that the SHIFT Programme - our 12-week group coaching experience - is the right fit.
There's no rigid menu here. We start with where you are and build from there.
