We provide confidence and mindset coaching for men who want to overcome self-doubt, manage pressure, and feel grounded in who they are - both professionally and personally.
Sometimes a dip in confidence comes after a tough experience at work. Sometimes it’s linked to changing hormones, or something in your personal life that’s made you question yourself. And sometimes, it’s simply been there for as long as you can remember.
Whatever the cause, low confidence can be exhausting. It impacts your performance, relationships, and wellbeing - leaving you stuck in a loop of comparison and self-criticism
Our coaching helps you break that cycle and rediscover your strength, calm, and capability.

Each session leaves you with clarity, perspective, and practical strategies to lead with confidence - not hesitation - in work and life.

How It Works
Step 1 – Introductory Call
This is an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit. That’s really important. We can explore your situation, what’s going on in your life, what you think might need to change. If you’re nervous about the process, we can chat about what coaching is, what it involves, and bust a few myths at the same time. After that the decision, as always, is yours.
Step 2 – You want to move forward, nice.
Here are your options:
HIT 90 Minutes
One off high intensity session to work through a specific issue, decision or goal.
- Pre session prep and tool.
- 90 minute coaching session: a dynamic session flexing approach based on individual needs.

coaching block
A series of (typically) biweekly sessions to get you from A to B.
- We decide whether you need 3 or 6 sessions (60 or 90 mins)
- Pre-block prep and tool
- We define and set goals
- Deep Dive: we look at where you are at, what’s important to you, what fulfils you, your values.
- Blockers: what’s holding you back from making the change? We look at the intrinsic bits that are holding you back
- The game plan: we create it, building accountability measures for during and after the coaching process.
- We action. We evaluate.






12 month plan
The ultimate commitment to personal growth. 12 sessions over the course of a year to work towards a series of goals.
- 12 hour long sessions
- Accountability check ins and coach access between sessions
- Application of psychometric testing
- Address areas as described in a standard coaching block
- Full term review and report
