In a nutshell…

When we first launched The Midlife Man, it was in response to the number of men coming to us feeling stuck.

Not sure what they were doing, where they were going, or what they actually wanted.

Most of them were high achievers - successful in their field, juggling high pressure alongside busy personal lives. They’d been climbing the so-called ladder since their 20s, but hadn’t stopped to check in with themselves: what matters, what they want, and what’s right for them.

Unsurprisingly, a lot of people - regardless of gender - feel this way in their 40s and 50s. It’s a time when you’ve probably hit plenty of milestones, and suddenly you’re realising what’s truly important.

That realisation often sparks the desire for change: to find balance, purpose, and fulfilment - whatever that looks like for you.

Most of the time, you just need an outlet, a chance to listen inward, and a plan.
That’s where we come in.

How It Works

Step 1 – Let's have a conversation

This is just an introductory call. No commitment, no pressure. It's a chance for us to get a sense of each other — what's going on for you, what you think might need to shift, and whether working together feels like the right fit.

If you're not sure what coaching even involves, we can talk through that too. By the end of the call, you'll know whether you want to take it further. That decision is always yours.

Step 2 – We figure out what works for you 

If you'd like to move forward, we'll work out together what makes sense. That might be a single focused session to work through something specific. It might be a block of sessions over a few weeks to get you properly from A to B. Or it might be that the SHIFT Programme - our 12-week group coaching experience - is the right fit.

There's no rigid menu here. We start with where you are and build from there.
