PARENTAL coaching

Supporting men through the challenges, changes, and emotions of modern fatherhood - from IVF to raising a family.

work with us

In a nutshell…

Whether you are currently on the IVF rollercoaster or have just become a dad, it is likely you are feeling all sorts.

Thinking about becoming a father, or the reality when you do, can leave some men feeling unsettled. And that is normal. Most people just do not talk about it.

Excitement mixed with anxiety. Joy tangled with pressure. A deep sense of responsibility. Maybe even a quiet fear of getting it wrong.

Modern fatherhood can feel like you are meant to have it all together, be supportive to your partner and keep performing at work while holding everything steady.

If you are a stay-at-home dad, the pressure can be just as heavy. Get it right. Do not mess up. Keep it together.

For many, that old provider instinct kicks in, bringing the urge to earn more, climb faster and create the life you feel you should be giving your family.

We work with men at every stage of fatherhood, from IVF and pregnancy to new fatherhood, co-parenting and later-life parenting.

Through our Parental & Fatherhood Coaching, we create an outlet and sounding board for men to talk openly about what is going on without judgement. Whether you need space to process change, want to support your partner better or are struggling to balance everything, we are here to help.

Our Parenting Coaching for dads gives you the tools and headspace to navigate the emotional, mental and practical realities of being a father.

We help you:

  • Reach personal goals with clarity and accountability

  • Manage the pressures of parenting, partnership and work

  • Build emotional resilience and self-awareness

  • Strengthen communication and connection with your partner or family

  • Explore your identity and role as a father

  • Create balance, purpose and calm in the chaos

This is not about being a perfect dad or partner. It is about taking care of your wellbeing, for you and for the people who matter most.

OUR APPROACH

Through reflection, conversation and practical strategy, we help you make sense of what fatherhood means to you, not what it is supposed to look like.

We use a blend of developmental coaching and psychological insight to explore your identity, relationships and mindset, helping you build confidence in your role as a father.

Together, we will uncover what balance and fulfilment look like for you and create practical steps to get there.

We listen. We challenge. WE HELP YOU GROW INTO FATHERHOOD.

How It Works

Step 1 – Introductory Call

This is an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit. That’s really important. We can explore your situation, what’s going on in your life, what you think might need to change.  If you’re nervous about the process, we can chat about what coaching is, what it involves, and bust a few myths at the same time. After that the decision, as always, is yours.

Step 2 – You want to move forward, nice.

Here are your options:
